OLX Group, a global online marketplace operating across nine countries and more than 20 markets, faced the challenge of maintaining employee engagement during a major organizational transformation, including a company-wide restructure and a new CEO appointment. To help navigate the uncertainty and potential disengagement, OLX Group partnered with Culture Amp and used its employee engagement platform and people science support to strengthen its listening strategy.
Culture Amp helped OLX Group implement a continuous listening approach with mini pulse surveys every two months and an annual engagement survey, alongside manager-focused actions and transparent follow-up on feedback. As a result, OLX Group’s overall engagement score increased by 11%, participation rose to 83%, trust in leadership improved by 15 points, and the company achieved the fastest engagement bounce-back rate among similar European companies, 4% above external benchmarks.
