With Culture Amp, FreeAgent introduced salary bands, clearer promotion frameworks, a broader learning and development program, improved onboarding, and ongoing feedback initiatives. Culture Amp also supported communication through the NatWest Group acquisition and helped FreeAgent act on inclusion feedback. Measurable results included Learning & Development scores rising from 61% to 78% and Feedback & Recognition increasing from 53% to 63%, while staff attrition stayed low at 7.6%, well below the technology industry average of 13.2%.
