With Culture Amp, Omio used employee feedback and survey data to launch new initiatives including a €5,000 referral bonus, six weeks of work-from-anywhere flexibility, sabbaticals, birthday leave, mental health support, and company-wide connection events. The changes helped Omio reduce attrition from 41% to 21% and raise engagement from 41 to 74, showing a strong measurable improvement in workforce stability and sentiment, driven by Culture Amp insights.
