Taylor Street Ovens, a bakery and deli operated by Cornerstone Associates in Corvallis, Oregon, faced profitability and operational tracking challenges while serving breakfast, lunch, catering, and packaged cookie sales. Kitchen Manager Judy Larson worked with Culinary Software to find a better way to manage costs, inventory, and nutrition information using ChefTec software.

Culinary Software provided ChefTec through the ChefTec Fund, giving Taylor Street Ovens a tool to track costs more accurately, expand inventory management, and support customer nutrition information, with planned integration to its Micros point-of-sale system. The donation of Culinary Software’s ChefTec software helped Taylor Street Ovens address many of the issues it was facing and improve day-to-day operations.
