CSS Corp worked with a leading pharmaceutical solution provider that needed to improve its Sales Force Automation (SFA) product while supporting twice-yearly releases. The customer faced long test cycles, multiple customization requirements for pharma clients, and growing pressure to reduce time to market and avoid the cost of building its own test infrastructure.

CSS Corp implemented a detailed test plan, independent validation and verification, and test automation through an offshore AE lab and dedicated TCoE.
