Pacific Drive-Ins scales operations to become a top 5 Sonic franchisee with Zenput by Crunchtime

Pacific Drive-Ins, a Sonic franchisee, was struggling to maintain consistent operational standards as it expanded to 15 locations. With paper-based procedures, limited audit visibility, and rising complexity, the team needed a better way to manage execution and accountability. Crunchtime’s Zenput by Crunchtime was used to help solve these challenges.

Crunchtime implemented Zenput to digitize audits, assign tasks through mobile devices, and automate corrective actions and reporting. The result was stronger accountability and real-time visibility, with food safety audit scores rising from 91% to 95%, monthly courier costs reduced by $1.5K–$2K, and the franchisee’s Sonic ranking improving from #11 to #4. Pacific Drive-Ins also achieved the first 100% audit score across 3,500 Sonic locations in seven years.
