TUI Deploys CrowdStrike to Protect Unique Holiday Experiences for its Customers

TUI Group, a leading global travel company with some 60,000 employees and 21 million customers, operates cruise ships, hotels, airlines and travel agencies worldwide. As TUI moved to a cloud-based global IT platform to deliver personalized holiday experiences, rising cyberthreat sophistication and a legacy endpoint solution left the business exposed and in need of centralized, scalable protection across diverse environments — from headquarters to devices on cruise ships.

TUI deployed CrowdStrike’s Falcon suite across more than 50,000 endpoints, replacing its legacy antivirus with Falcon Prevent and establishing a centralized global security center. The implementation improved visibility and patching, enabled rapid isolation and automated response without disrupting operations (even with intermittent ship connectivity), and supported a single, scalable security operation that reduced resource demands and delivered immediate value.
