JG Wentworth, a financial services firm that helps consumers access cash through structured settlements, annuities, lottery and debt-relief services, faced challenges with training completion, sales performance, and high turnover across a large sales and support workforce. Partnering with Criteria, JG Wentworth validated and implemented a hiring battery (CCAT cognitive test plus computer literacy, Excel and custom TestMaker assessments) and set benchmark scores to screen and select candidates.
