Clean MD is a commercial cleaning and restoration company of about 90 employees serving Buffalo, NY and the surrounding area, with a specialty in medical facilities. The company received many applicants but found resumes unreliable for predicting on-the-job behavior like punctuality, productivity, and professionalism, so they needed a way to prioritize candidates most likely to succeed.

Clean MD added Criteria’s assessments (WPP, CBST, EPP, plus typing and computer tests for office staff) as a screening step between phone screens and interviews.
