Centris Federal Credit Union, a not-for-profit financial organization serving Nebraska and Iowa, wanted to improve its ability to predict which candidates would fit its customer-service culture and high standards. The team also aimed to reduce involuntary turnover and help managers strengthen collaboration and communication. Centris used Criteria Corp’s pre-hire assessments, including the EPP and CCAT, along with post-hire tools to support hiring and team development.
Criteria Corp implemented custom-benchmarked assessments and the Team Personality feature in Develop to guide hiring, coaching, and team-building conversations. The results were strong: Centris reduced turnover from 48.2% to 36.9%, a 23% decrease, and increased employee performance ratings by 1.25%. The company also reported better team communication, more useful manager coaching, and more insightful interviews.
