Mr. Blue, a Korean webtoon and digital content platform, wanted to attract high-value new users, re-engage dormant subscribers, and drive more purchases of paid content. To do this, the company partnered with Criteo and expanded beyond its existing conversion-focused campaigns to reach users across the full customer journey.

Criteo implemented a full-funnel advertising strategy using its AI technology to identify similar high-value audiences, deliver relevant display ads, and re-engage inactive users. The results included 3.2x more average purchases per user from upper-funnel advertising, 82% of new website visitors completing a purchase, 4.5x higher repurchase rates, and ROAS improving from 14x to 24x.
