Vibram, the Italian maker of performance soles and the FiveFingers shoe, wanted to boost brand awareness and convert new and lapsed shoppers into customers across its global markets. In 2018 the challenge was to expand reach, drive more relevant traffic to the site, and increase revenue from brand-new customers.
Vibram implemented Criteo Customer Acquisition, which uses machine learning and a shopper-focused identity graph to identify high-propensity new shoppers across a network covering ~72% of online buyers. The campaign increased audience reach 21x, impressions by 32% and clicks by 19%, drove more than 11% of Criteo-attributed sales since launch and helped lift overall sales by 13%.
