D&R, Turkey’s biggest book and music store, needed to stand out during the crowded Black Friday season and drive as many sales as possible while maintaining a positive ROI. To meet this challenge, D&R worked with Criteo and used Criteo’s Adaptive Revenue Optimization (ARO) model for a targeted retargeting campaign.
Criteo implemented COS-targeted retargeting with coupon banners, ramping up audiences before Black Friday, using teaser creative the day before, and switching to special offers on the day itself. By monitoring performance daily and optimizing reach, audience, competition, and cost, Criteo helped D&R achieve its biggest sales day ever on the website and a 22% increase in ROI.
