THE ICONIC, Australia’s leading online fashion retailer, wanted to deliver a more personalized shopping experience across devices for its diverse, mobile-savvy audience while encouraging repeat purchases in a highly competitive market. To address this challenge, THE ICONIC partnered with Criteo and used Criteo Dynamic Retargeting and In-App Retargeting to better tailor experiences to shoppers’ style and brand preferences.
Criteo implemented display and in-app retargeting across the customer journey, helping THE ICONIC re-engage visitors and strengthen loyalty. The results included a 20% increase in average sales per repeated buyer, an 8% increase in average cart value per repeated buyer, and a 1.6x higher likelihood that existing buyers would repurchase when retargeted by Criteo.
