Online marketplace goods.ru drives new customers to their site

goods.ru, a large online marketplace with more than two million products from 6,500 sellers, needed to attract new audiences while re-engaging existing customers. To support upper-funnel growth and more personalized marketing across the customer journey, goods.ru partnered with Criteo and used its Similar Audiences campaign.

Criteo’s AI-powered Similar Audiences solution helped goods.ru reach lookalike shoppers similar to its best customers. The results were strong: 39% of new customers generated by Criteo’s campaign came from similar audiences, CAC was 4x lower than with other tools, and 74% of revenue attributed to Criteo came from new customers.
