Namshi, the region’s leading fashion e-retailer across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar, partnered with Criteo as its first Middle East client to accelerate growth. Already using remarketing and retargeting, Namshi’s challenge was to improve volume and ROI and to achieve a target of driving 80% of new sales from within apps or the mobile web.
Criteo implemented Dynamic Ads and App Advertising and collaborated closely with Namshi and its account, Business Intelligence and Tech teams to deliver personalized, cross-device campaigns. In one Middle East market this drove substantial gains: Dynamic Ads sales rose 56% YoY, app advertising produced a 66% uplift, and overall sales increased 115% YoY.
