LATAM Airlines Peru, part of LATAM Airlines, wanted to capitalize on the surge in Cyber Monday travel demand while increasing sales and keeping cost of sale under control. The airline partnered with Criteo and used Criteo Dynamic Retargeting to better capture shoppers interested in travel deals and destinations.
Criteo adjusted the retargeting strategy ahead of Cyber Monday by gradually increasing CPCs, prioritizing higher-discount destinations, and optimizing hourly to the most in-demand categories. As a result, LATAM Airlines Peru saw a 178% increase in revenue, an 83% increase in visits, and a 53-point reduction in COS during the Cyber Monday week versus a regular week.
