Joom, one of the fastest-growing global eCommerce platforms, needed a better way to retain app users and improve customer lifetime value after heavy investment in app acquisition. The company was looking for a retargeting partner, and turned to Criteo App Retargeting, integrated with Adjust, to help bring users back to the app and promote its wide range of products.
Criteo helped Joom launch personalized app retargeting campaigns that used shopper-level intent and real-time event data to show the most relevant products to recent app visitors. The result was an 8:1 ROAS over seven days post-click, with 75% of sales coming from products the user had not previously seen, while Criteo also gave Joom the scale needed to expand into new regions.
