JobNinja takes the work out of recruiting with contextual targeting

JobNinja, a Munich-based job board, needed a better way to reach and convert qualified job seekers while staying agile through changing market conditions, GDPR pressures, and the decline of third-party cookies. It partnered with Criteo and used contextual targeting to make recruiting more relevant and efficient.

Criteo implemented a contextual advertising campaign that used interest signals, affinity scores, and contextual signals to deliver more relevant ads and attract high-quality visitors. The results were strong: the campaign reached 7.7 million new consumers, achieved a 1.4% click-through rate, drove 613 sales, and improved ROAS from 14x to 24x, all at a below-average cost per visit.
