HSE24, an omnichannel home-shopping retailer, wanted to attract new customers and expand its affiliate channel beyond its loyal buyer base. To support this growth, HSE24 partnered with Criteo and launched upper-funnel web traffic campaigns to reach audiences earlier in the buying journey.
Criteo implemented two campaigns for HSE24 using Similar Audiences and Commerce Audiences to find lookalike and in-market shoppers across more than 1,000 product categories. The approach expanded reach and improved sales impact, with measurable results including 82% of users retaining for more than 10 days, 67% of ad clickers returning at least once, and 19% coming back at least five times.
