How Konesso’s dynamic retargeting helps customers bring out their inner baristas

Konesso, one of Poland’s leading coffee and tea retailers, wanted to attract more high-quality visitors and strengthen relationships with existing customers as competition in specialty products grew. To do this, Konesso partnered with Criteo and used Criteo’s dynamic retargeting and full-funnel advertising solutions to reach recent site visitors and basket abandoners.

Criteo implemented a lower-funnel retargeting campaign in 2016, followed later by a prospecting campaign to find new users with similar interests. The results were strong: target COS was reached within one week, abandoned-basket conversions rose by 245%, ads reached more than 3 million new users in eight months, and COS dropped by 80% in the first month versus the eighth month.
