Flo Retailing, Turkey’s largest shoe retailer, was looking to expand its business by turning its website into a marketplace and driving more digital traffic and sales in a cost-effective way. To do this, Flo partnered with Criteo, using Criteo’s web traffic and conversion campaigns to attract high-quality visitors while keeping visit costs low.
Criteo implemented a funnel-building approach that fed traffic into Flo’s lower-funnel conversion campaigns and also allowed Flo to use offline audience data in its digital targeting. The results included better-than-expected post-click ROAS, CPV, and CPM, with the campaign delivering 8.5x post-click ROAS and supporting strong new-user acquisition and long-term user value.
