Edinos, a Polish furniture brand in the Home & Garden sector, needed to attract new high-quality website visitors in a highly competitive market with long purchase cycles and low repeat-buy frequency. To support its traffic and loyalty goals, Edinos worked with Criteo, using retargeting and traffic-acquisition solutions across the customer journey.
Criteo implemented a full-funnel approach that combined retargeting, lookalike AI audience targeting, and real-time creative optimization to bring in and convert new prospects. The results included a 4x increase in click-through rate from month 1 to month 6, ROAS improving from 14x to 24x, 63% of new user click-throughs engaging in other Criteo campaigns, and 2 million new users exposed in six months.
