Anhanguera University, part of Kroton Education, needed to reach and convert more prospective students during Brazil’s critical ENEM recruitment season while staying competitive against other universities. To do this, it partnered with Criteo on a retargeting campaign and smart bidding strategy to improve reach and keep acquisition costs within target.
Criteo’s AI Engine helped Anhanguera raise CPCs strategically from January to March, win more impressions, and target better-fit admissions candidates. The results were strong: audience increased by 102.5%, reach rose by 58.4%, CPO was 51% lower than five competitors in the same period, and ROAS improved from 14x to 24x.
