To do this, GradeUp partnered with Criteo to run relevant digital display advertising and intent-based retargeting campaigns aimed at users deeper in the funnel.
Criteo implemented dynamic, lower-funnel campaigns tailored to user behavior, helping GradeUp reach the right students with more relevant messages across devices. The results were strong: ad revenue increased by 25% within two months, and ROAS improved by 30% versus other channels, with ROAS rising from 14x to 24x.
