GradeUp, India’s leading exam preparation platform, wanted to better engage aspiring test takers across its website and app journey and turn more users into subscribers. To do this, GradeUp partnered with Criteo to run relevant digital display advertising and intent-based retargeting campaigns aimed at users deeper in the funnel.

Criteo implemented dynamic, lower-funnel campaigns tailored to user behavior, helping GradeUp reach the right students with more relevant messages across devices. The results were strong: ad revenue increased by 25% within two months, and ROAS improved by 30% versus other channels, with ROAS rising from 14x to 24x.
