Fnac Darty drives 400K new site visitors with Criteo Commerce Audiences

Fnac, part of Fnac Darty, wanted to drive high-quality traffic to its ecommerce site and promote a flagship product category, but needed to reach very specific new audiences at a low cost. Fnac turned to Criteo and its Commerce Audiences solution to target in-market users such as news enthusiasts, parents, manga readers, and book readers who had never visited the site before.

Using Criteo’s Commerce Audiences, Fnac generated more than 400,000 new visitors, with over 70% of traffic coming from new internet users and a cost per visit of less than €0.25. The campaign also delivered several thousand baskets and sales, including an estimated $359K in incremental sales, showing that Criteo helped Fnac exceed its expectations with efficient, high-quality traffic.
