Corsair International lands new clients with upper and lower funnel focus

Corsair International, a French airline serving the French-West Indies and other overseas destinations, needed to adapt its marketing after Covid-19 as booking windows shortened and new customer acquisition became harder. The airline turned to Criteo for upper- and lower-funnel marketing support, including retargeting and audience expansion to bring more visitors and convert them faster.

Criteo implemented segmented retargeting campaigns, coupon-driven promotions, and Similar Audience technology to reach new prospects and re-engage site visitors. The results were strong: 88% of new users came from the upper-funnel campaign, it generated 100K+ new visitors, and the lower-funnel campaign delivered 4,500%+ ROAS in 2020, helping Corsair International achieve consistent performance and strong ROI.
