They partnered with vendor Cox Automotive and implemented its Cox Automotive Digital Retailing solution to augment their traditional retail channels and open a virtual sales channel.

The solution from Cox Automotive provided a fully integrated digital retailing platform that allowed customers to configure real deals with accurate payments, trade-in values, and F&I options online. This was paired with a revised in-store process where staff used the same digital tools. The results were highly positive, with over 50% of website visitors engaging with the tools and a 50% F&I product attachment rate on deals. This led to strong market share and profits, and enabled the dealership to perform vehicle deliveries in under an hour.
