The program delivered an 11x ROI from social proof alone and measurable lifts across the site (for example, up to +3% RPV on listing pages, +1.8% RPV on product pages, +1.86% CR from saved‑size selection, improved CTR and add‑to‑bag rates, and further gains at checkout), with plans to expand segmentation and 1:1 personalization.
