Pöttinger, an Austrian family-owned manufacturer of agricultural implements with 1,500+ employees and operations across several countries, struggled to give staff and customers fast, secure access to a diverse and growing knowledge base—over a million files across Windows file shares, SAP-linked scans, Lotus Notes mail and web content. Pöttinger selected and deployed Coveo’s advanced enterprise search (live in two weeks) to index file shares, Notes archives and later a Braintribe CSP archive, and to power public site search.
