Micro Scooters, the international scooter retailer founded in 2004 and known for Swiss‑designed family scooters, wanted to increase lifetime value and loyalty by delivering personal experiences to every visitor. With more traffic coming from mobile and a need to improve product discovery and conversion urgency, the ecommerce team needed a data‑driven way to tailor the onsite experience for different customer segments.

Using Coveo‑Qubit (Qubit Pro since 2016) the team built segmented personalizations—Visitor Pulse Lite, Abandonment Recovery, custom visual experiences and a delivery countdown—to boost conversions and trust. They also deployed Qubit Aura as a mobile product‑discovery layer; the urgency messaging lifted revenue per visit by 3% and the mobile discovery experience increased products seen by 16.5×, improving discoverability, engagement and repeat purchase potential.
