L’Oreal lifts employee productivity with Coveo

L’Oréal Switzerland, part of the global beauty leader L’Oréal, faced growing difficulty as product, customer and research information spread across many systems. Employees — especially new hires and about 100 field sales reps working on the road — struggled to find the right documents and client data quickly, slowing productivity and making it hard to deliver timely, relevant information across departments.
