As traffic surged during the digital pivot, PMI’s legacy in-house search and siloed DAM prevented visibility into user behavior across seven search hubs, hundreds of languages and ~500,000 monthly searches, leaving content discovery inconsistent and growth constrained.
PMI implemented Coveo’s cloud AI search and analytics—unifying discovery across the e-store, learning library, corporate site and more—using Automatic Relevance Tuning and Query Suggest ML to align content with visitor queries.
