Healthspan, a UK-based leader in vitamins and supplements founded in 1996 and serving more than 1 million customers, faced a digital challenge: transitioning an older customer base to online ordering while improving product discovery. Search gaps (misspellings, competitor-brand queries), difficulty re‑ordering, and limited visibility into real-time product demand threatened sales and growth.

Working with Nemetos, Healthspan implemented Coveo on Sitecore to deliver ML-driven query suggestions, thesaurus rules, automatic relevance tuning, an A–Z product finder and commerce analytics. The result was faster, more relevant search and seamless journeys, measurable demand signals that spurred new product lines (e.g., CBD), the ability to manage stock spikes and peaks like Black Friday, and ecommerce now accounting for 55% of revenue with very strong conversion rates.
