BiGDUG, the UK’s leading provider of storage solutions, needed to create more relevant touchpoints across a large catalog and varied customer journeys — from first-time browsers to loyal shoppers — to improve conversion and drive incremental revenue. The company has partnered with Qubit since 2014 to tackle the challenge of surfacing the right products and messages at the right time.

Using Qubit’s personalization platform BiGDUG deployed product recommendations on PDPs, social-proof “Best Sellers” in category dropdowns, a welcome banner for new users and a personalized homepage banner. Those tactics delivered clear uplifts in revenue per visitor (product recs +4.58% RPV, best sellers +3.9% RPV, welcome messaging +3.42% RPV, homepage personalization +2.82% RPV), faster merchandising cycles and a roadmap toward more advanced segmentation and 1:1 experiences.
