Away Resorts is a UK holiday park operator (founded 2008, six parks) that puts customer experience at the center of its brand. Facing the challenge of bringing its high-touch, offline service online and delivering true 1:1 personalization at scale, the team needed to connect print campaigns and on-site digital experiences to increase bookings and loyalty.

Using Qubit, Away Resorts created personalized URLs in mailed catalogs, tailored landing pages and homepage banners, and applied social proof and dynamic product ordering for ancillaries. The program drove measurable gains — 7.2% of visitors from personalized URLs booked, and ancillary-focused personalization produced a 1% uplift in revenue per visitor — while improving relevance, repeat bookings and customer lifetime value.
