Vitaco, a New Zealand-based manufacturer of nutrition products with ~500 employees, needed a more robust talent-management approach as it grew. Vitaco expanded to Cornerstone Performance and Cornerstone Learning (with Succession in progress), giving employees access to 1,500+ courses, values-driven onboarding, automated reviews and compliance tracking. The platform accelerated new-hire readiness, enabled widespread self-directed professional development, linked learning to performance planning, increased confidence in meeting regulatory requirements, and saved time through automation.
