A Cornerstone OnDemand Case Study
Nitto, a global high-performance materials manufacturer, needed a way to unify training across its worldwide locations and group companies while also centralizing education records for human capital disclosure. With Cornerstone OnDemand’s Cornerstone Learning CSX, the company set out to replace fragmented regional training processes and improve access to learning through a more user-friendly LMS and broader content offerings.
Cornerstone OnDemand implemented a global learning platform that supports local management, multilingual use, external content integration, and flexible reporting, while Nitto added programs like Udemy Business and skill maps to boost adoption. The results were strong: about 9,000 employees were using the system by July 2023, user inquiries were very low thanks to the UX/UI, and Nitto can now check training status in real time instead of manually consolidating Excel files. Nitto plans to expand Cornerstone OnDemand across its global workforce of about 20,000 employees.
