Transforming the PPL learning experience of brokers and underwriters

Placing Platform Limited (PPL) needed to replace its old learning platform after launching its new Next Gen e-placing platform in 2023, and it required a digital-first training experience for roughly 20,000 external users across nearly 400 organizations. PPL turned to Cornerstone OnDemand to provide a new LMS that could support brokers and underwriters with timely, tailored learning content.

With Cornerstone OnDemand, PPL designed and sandboxed the LMS before launch, rolled it out in stages, and enabled faster content updates in minutes. The new system improved personalization, reporting, and compliance tracking for mandatory CPD training, and has since generated nearly 32,000 logins from 6,500 users across more than 300 organizations, with customers praising the better user experience and stronger engagement.
