The University of Georgia (UGA) scores big time with Cornerstone Learn

The University of Georgia needed a way to standardize employee training, strengthen chemical lab safety compliance, and expand professional development across its many campuses. In 2018, UGA turned to Cornerstone OnDemand’s Cornerstone Learn to create a more centralized learning and development experience for staff, faculty, and researchers.

Cornerstone OnDemand helped UGA relaunch its Professional Education Programming as a flexible, university-wide platform for compliance, skills training, and leadership development. The solution also supported a custom health record tracking workflow and rapid COVID-19 training, saving UGA at least $60,000 annually, cutting onboarding from about two and a half months to two weeks, and reducing administrative burden while improving compliance and productivity.
