The Friedkin Group, Inc. is a diversified consortium spanning automotive, entertainment, hospitality and more, with about 1,525 associates. As the business expanded over decades, TFG needed a scalable, flexible learning platform to support career development across very different roles—from dealership staff to on-the-go truck drivers—and to keep pace with changing technology and business needs.

Cornerstone Learning paired with Content Anytime provided a solution: a Netflix-style, mobile-friendly library that grew TFG’s offerings from roughly 60 instructor-led courses to about 2,500 on-demand courses (quadrupling available content), with personalized recommendations and leader-created playlists. Course completions increased from ~8,000 to over 10,000 per year, engagement rose, and TFG now has scalable leadership and management development to support continued growth.
