The Foundation for California Community Colleges sets a new learning curve

The Foundation for California Community Colleges needed a way to connect 116 colleges, 73 districts, and 135,000 employees to a single learning management system while preserving each campus’s local independence. It turned to Cornerstone OnDemand and Cornerstone Learn to support system-wide training, improve consistency, and better understand its workforce at scale.

Cornerstone OnDemand helped the Foundation build a flexible LMS that could accommodate local needs while delivering common learning across the entire California Community College system. The partnership also improved accessibility to meet WCAG requirements, and the platform has driven about 90% engagement, with most employees using Cornerstone Learning at least once per semester.
