Supercharging learning across four generations

Havebury Housing, a private not-for-profit social housing company managing more than 7,000 properties in East England, needed to modernize its previously manual, paper-based HR and learning processes to stay compliant and more agile. Working with Cornerstone OnDemand, Havebury also wanted to improve staff training across a workforce spanning four generations and support its broader goals around customer experience and operational readiness.

Cornerstone OnDemand implemented a centralized learning platform for all employees, with inclusive rollout support such as Teams drop-ins, Q&As, videos, and one-on-one training. The result was consolidated training records, better audit readiness, linked learning and onboarding, and stronger succession planning. Havebury also met its mandatory training targets, moved toward a self-directed AI-powered learning culture, and reported 85–90% of employees saying it offers a good selection of learning and development opportunities.
