SUEZ is a global leader in water and waste management, serving 58 million people, recovering 16.9 million tons of waste annually and employing about 83,900 people across five continents. Facing a need to accelerate digital transformation, centralise HR processes, standardise tools across the Group and strengthen its employer brand and workforce skills, SUEZ sought a flexible solution that could integrate disparate local systems and support the full employee lifecycle.

SUEZ piloted Cornerstone’s HCM platform with 19,000 users and then rolled it out Group‑wide, deploying Recruiting, Learning, Performance and HR suites on a unified database with strong system integration and ongoing Cornerstone support. The result was faster HR digitalisation, consistent global HR processes, improved reporting accuracy, stronger employee engagement and internal mobility, and better talent retention while allowing local flexibility and consolidated, reliable HR data.
