Ricoh, a global technology and services company serving customers in more than 200 countries, faced fragmented learning systems after rapid growth and acquisitions (IKON and InfoPrint). The company was running three separate LMS platforms, creating account inaccuracies, inconsistent reporting, and heavy administrative burden that hindered learning effectiveness.

Ricoh implemented Cornerstone Learning Cloud and Observation Checklists, consolidating 42,000 user accounts onto one platform, eliminating five training FTEs and reducing admin work.
