Reaching 11,000 corps members with key training

Teach For America (TFA), a national nonprofit that recruits and develops teachers for low-income communities, needed a way to deliver consistent, flexible training across 48 regions to more than 11,000 corps members and 2,300 staff. With members teaching full-time and working evenings, TFA faced logistical barriers to in-person training and needed a scalable system that supported compliance and widened access to development opportunities.

TFA adopted Cornerstone OnDemand’s cloud-based learning platform (initially as a Foundation partner) to deliver on-demand and pre-deployment training, reducing travel and classroom hours. The solution improved compliance reporting, saved time and administrative effort, and now delivers supplemental content to over 5,000 corps members annually, enabling more flexible, scalable, and higher-quality professional development.
