Cornerstone consolidated content and the LMS, tailoring the Learning Zone interface and delivering bite-sized, mobile-friendly content that mapped to individual needs, cutting vendors from 12 to 3 and simplifying management. The program drove organic peer engagement, boosted mobile use (40% of online book usage), increased license usage from 30% to 100%, and earned industry recognition, including multiple Training Journal awards.
