MUFG takes a look at 20+ years with Cornerstone

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), one of the world’s largest banks, needed to move beyond a manual, fax-based learning process and find a better way to manage training, compliance, and employee development across its global operations. MUFG partnered with Cornerstone OnDemand, using Cornerstone Saba Learning Management and later Cornerstone Content Subscriptions to support its HR and learning goals.

Cornerstone OnDemand helped MUFG centralize training into one global system, streamline curriculum building, improve compliance and risk tracking, and expand access to self-directed learning and skills development. The result was a more unified learning experience across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific, plus easier course discovery and a scalable platform that even supported a seamless system split after the Union Bank divestiture.
