Assurance is a purposefully employee-centric insurance brokerage serving thousands of businesses and individuals with a 500-person workforce. Despite a strong culture, their legacy performance tools felt repetitive and impersonal, and the company lacked a learning management system, centralized content or easy compliance reporting—challenges that threatened development, consistent feedback and scalable growth.

Assurance implemented Cornerstone Recruiting, Learning and Performance and launched a DNA (Dominate, Navigate, Appreciate) performance process to deliver individualized development and feedback. The platform created a central learning hub (9,000+ training hours logged in 2017), streamlined CE compliance reporting with custom fields, improved day‑to‑day feedback and manager conversations, and provided reporting to support succession planning and future expansion.
