Maui Jim, a global eyewear brand with more than 285 account executives in the field, struggled with desktop-only training that forced reps to complete courses after hours and limited managers’ visibility into completions. The mobile, on-the-go nature of the role meant existing training delivery created frustration and low engagement.

By rolling out Cornerstone Learning and the Cornerstone Learn App, Maui Jim made existing trainings instantly available on mobile with no extra administrative burden. The change tripled monthly course completions (from 319 to 935), standardized compliance training across devices, empowered self-directed learning, and freed in-person onboarding to focus on higher-level, scenario-based skills.
