By rolling out Cornerstone Learning and the Cornerstone Learn App, Maui Jim made existing trainings instantly available on mobile with no extra administrative burden. The change tripled monthly course completions (from 319 to 935), standardized compliance training across devices, empowered self-directed learning, and freed in-person onboarding to focus on higher-level, scenario-based skills.
